Elections for European Parliament - INFORMATION FOR VOTERS [ENG]

With regards to this year’s elections for European Parliament on May 26th, 2019, the voters, the citizens of the European Union, without Polish nationality but registered on the territory of the Polish Republic have the right to vote and have two possibilities for it:

VOTING FOR CANDIDATES FROM POLAND:

In Kraków (Cracow), EU-citizens not of Polish nationality can vote if regisered in the voter’s registry of the municipality (City) of Kraków. In accordance with art. 10 § 1 pkt 2 of the code (law) for voting as EU-citizen without having Polish nationality, who are:

The applicant should bring along:

The procedure includes no payments and takes three days from the day of the application. You can apply to be written into the Registry between 08:00 AM – 15:00 PM. After being included into the Registry, you have the right to vote for candidates from Poland.

VOTING FOR A CANDIDATE FROM YOUR COUNTRY

In the district subject to the Consulate General in Kraków, citizens of respected countries residing in Poland, can vote on the consular electoral lists.
Please report to your Consulate and register yourself onto the consular electoral lists.
