We warmly welcome visitors to the Information Point for Foreigners in Kraków.

Due to the ongoing war in Ukraine, the Information Point for Foreigners in Krakow from February 24 this year. it directed its activities primarily towards the Ukrainian community fleeing the war. But we would like to remind you that our Point still works for all foreigners who live or stay in Krakow.

From 4 May this year, the Information Desk will be open from Monday to Saturday from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm, providing information and advice.

Sunday closed.

We also invite you to the additional office of the Information Point for Foreigners in Galeria Kazimierz. The entrance is from ul. Rzeznicza, premises on the right, ground floor! The point in the gallery works at the same hours and days.

At the Information Point, you can also receive free legal assistance.

Our lawyers' duty hours are stationary.

Psychological advice

If you want to take advantage of free psychological advice, please call from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00 at the phone number: 786 674 005

Psychological advice is provided by the Polish-Ukrainian Foundation "ZUSTRICZ", which is the main partner of the Multicultural Center.

Please be advised that at the Multicultural Center, the operator of which is the Internationaler Bund Polska Foundation together with its partner, the "ZUSTRICZ" Foundation and cooperating organizations: Salam Lab, Centrum Pomocy Prawnej Im. Haliny Nieć, UAinKRAKOW, Krakow EXPATS DIRECTORY, the Villa Decius Institute of Culture, at al. Ignacego Daszyńskiego 16, there is an aid warehouse for people who found themselves in Krakow as a result of the war conflict in Ukraine.

Warehouse opening hours at Al. Daszyńskiego 16: Tuesday - Wednesday 10.00-16.00

The warehouse accepts and distributes "basic necessities" (such as hygiene products, food or cosmetics for children and adults), and accepts and dispenses basic medications (such as paracetamol, sore throat remedies, vitamins, painkillers).

Letters with the needs for a given day are published on an ongoing basis in the social media of the Information Point for Foreigners in Krakow (on Facebook).

On March 11, 2022, the "Good Wardrobe" was launched, to which people in need from Ukraine can go to get clothes and shoes. From October 5, Szafa Dobra operates in a new location at os. Górali 8 from Wednesday to Friday from 10.00 to 16.00.
